Hotspurs USA is committed to serving the youth soccer players and their families by striving to reach and adhere to the following goals:

• Provide the opportunity for the serious soccer player to play at a competitive level best suited to his/her individual ability and desire,

• Provide an Elite team in each age group with the goal of competing at a national level. At the same time, provide the opportunity for every player to compete for a position on the Elite team and/or continue to develop based on the individual ability and desire of the player,

• Provide a Professional Coach/trainer for every team in each age group. In addition, to provide the opportunity for individual clinics and instruction designed to permit each player to achieve the highest degree of improvement and success possible,

• Provide a positive learning environment and player/parent relationships designed to transfer success on the soccer field to success in school and beyond,

• Provide support and assistance within the community, including the funding of financial aid and scholarship programs and promoting local high school and college games,

• Provide quality equipment and playing fields,

• Provide college information resources for those interested in continuing on with their soccer careers.
