Mr. Paolo Landini

Hotspurs USA is proud to have Paolo Landini as its Director of Soccer Operations.

Paolo brings a tremendous amount of experience to Hotspurs USA and is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the club on the field, in terms of both player / team development, as well as the quality of coaches.

A primary goal is to continue working towards making Hotspurs USA the Premier and Best-in-Class soccer club in all of East County and ultimately in all of San Diego.

The Director of Soccer Operations is responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall success of all Hotspurs USA programs, teams and coaches.

Qualifications:

NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America)

• NSCAA Premier Diploma - (USSF “A” license equivalent)
• NSCAA Advanced National Diploma - (USSF “B” license equivalent)
• National USSF National Youth License
• National NSCAA National Diploma - (USSF “C” license equivalent)
• USSF D License
• USSF E License

Playing History - Played in Italy in the Youth system of AC Fiorentina. Played in Florence (Italy) with VC Viesseux until 1994.
