Hotspurs USA Soccer Club is governed by an elected Board of Directors.
The Board is ultimately responsible and controls all facets of the clubs organization, including:

Ensuring the club is operated in a financially responsible manner,

Selecting and supporting Directors of Coaching who will work diligently towards making Hotspurs USA San Diego's #1 soccer club,

Ensuring athletic programs are developed and put in place that result in Hotspurs USA players becoming some of San Diego Counties highest skilled players,
-
Ensuring Hotspurs USA Directors, Coaches, Teams and Players abide by all club rules and ethics regulations.
The Hotspurs USA Board of Directors has final authority on all matters related to the club. Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at Bostonia Recreation Center, 1049 Bostonia Street, El Cajon, CA 92021.
