Hotspurs USA Soccer Club is governed by an elected Board of Directors.

The Board is ultimately responsible and controls all facets of the clubs organization, including:

• Ensuring the club is operated in a financially responsible manner,

• Selecting and supporting Directors of Coaching who will work diligently towards making Hotspurs USA San Diego's #1 soccer club,

• Ensuring athletic programs are developed and put in place that result in Hotspurs USA players becoming some of San Diego Counties highest skilled players,

• Ensuring Hotspurs USA Directors, Coaches, Teams and Players abide by all club rules and ethics regulations.

The Hotspurs USA Board of Directors has final authority on all matters related to the club. Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at Bostonia Recreation Center, 1049 Bostonia Street, El Cajon, CA 92021.

Hotspurs USA is working hard to be the club that:

• San Diego Counties most serious soccer players aspire to become a part of at an early age and continue playing in, until the time comes for them to go to college,

• San Diego Counties top professional soccer coaches desire to become a part of for the long-term,

• Plays an active and positive role within the communities it serves.

Our goal is for Hotspurs USA to be the kind of organization that you want to be associated with.
